They have thick walls making them very crunchy. Goes great in salads, salsas, sauces and pickling. The taste is citrusy and heat is somewhat low to medium ringing in around 40k on the Scoville scale.
Heat level: 30,000-50,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Low/Medium Heat.
