Aconcagua Pepper Seeds

The Aconcagua pepper is a very sweet and very LARGE heirloom pepper named after the beautiful mountain in Argentina, where the pepper originated!

Aconcagua pepper plants can grow close to 3 ft. tall and will likely need to be supported because the pods are heavy. To put in perspective how heavy Aconcagua chilis are, the pods can grow to as long as 12ā€ and 2.5" wide! The giant, cone-shaped Aconcagua pepper will ripen from green to orange to a red color, and you can eat it at any stage, but it’s the juiciest at its full ripe red stage.

You will taste a delicious, fruity flavor (some say it tastes like apples) and you can expect a crisp crunch when you bite it fresh. Try adding this pepper as a topping for your next burger grill-out!
