Harvest early for sweet flavored baby leaves or grow to maturity for market bunching of sweet, crisp, blue-green leaves. This highly productive variety is excellent for “cut and come again” harvesting for salads and sandwiches as regrowth is rapid. Suitable for indoor growing.
