Pods grow 5–6 inches, turning from green to a bright, pigment-rich red perfect for drying into paprika, flakes, or powder. Heat is extremely low with a sweet, lightly smoky flavor similar to a mild Anaheim. Plants reach about 3 feet tall, are very productive, and thrive in warm, dry conditions. Excellent for roasting, stuffing, or adding depth and color to sauces and stews.
